PFS is crushing on all Jamaican females today!!!
How’s that for our first #PFSWCW? Of course,we may zoom in hereinafter, but you are all great. You step out each day, to command and own your day, and grasp all opportunities it brings whilst putting long term plans in place…….
Wherever you are, whatever you do and whoever you are; as long as you are building yourself, following your dreams, helping others and not giving up: PFS is crushing on YOU.
And to every woman working hard for hers, taking care of her own, PFS encourages you to keep it up.
Taking it one step at a time, using some simple tips PFS has dug up, can have you making progress. Progress out of Monday morning blues.
“The ‘Monday Blues’ describe a set of negative emotions that many people get at the beginning of the workweek…..”
( Alexander Kjerulf, International Author/ Speaker)
According to career-coach, Rita Friedman, “If you love your job and are passionate about what you’re doing, going in to work Monday morning is another opportunity to do what you love……”
Have you been experiencing these feelings towards work, especially on a Monday morning? If so, ultimately, this may have been a factor affecting your productivity, motivation, creativity, adaptivity, among many other things.
You are not alone, PFS is with you in spirit and together we can devise ways that will renew that first love you had for your job, when you just got hired, that seemingly endless amount of energy, enthusiasm and determination to be productive everyday.
You can reach that place again. It is not outside your limits.
“You are encouraged this week to find out what makes you feel down and not want to face your Mondays. How you approach Mondays can affect the pace of your entire work week. Hence, you are encouraged to pin-point specifically what makes you feel defeated on Mondays before you even report to work.”
Together, we can beat the Monday morning blues. Remember, for 2016, we are laying the ground work for breeding healthy, beneficial habits, that prolong life and that will ensure that we give as much is possible in us to achieve our life goals.
PFS hopes that you had a well spent weekend, and we will continue to encourage and suggest ways that should ensure that you get more out of your weekends and you don’t just wile away the two days.
Also, we have realized that the perception of Mondays, too has taken on a note so up-beat tone and we would like to do a paradigm shift for simply the reason that it is the start of the work week and you would do best by setting the right tone, as this affects your overall productivity.
Let us work to look forward to Monday just as how we look forward to Friday. PFS is encouraging you to heed productivity tips that have been adapted for your benefit.
So instead of:
You are encourage to see each day as a new day (which it really is) and one filled with new possibilities and opportunities.
Now for our tip (adapted from liquidplanner.com):

Take advantage from this fact and take a break from your task. This gives the brain a chance to feel refreshed so that that when you return to your task, your brain feels renewed.
